Portable EDM Machine
The Haas EDM-2000H is a high-powered electrical discharge machine (EDM) designed for the removal of broken taps, drills, reamers, screws, plug gauges, and other metallic obstructions, without damaging the workpiece. It is suitable for components of diverse sizes, and is particularly effective for large machine parts, where traditional removal methods may be impractical or risk further damage.
This machine features a split-structure design, consisting of a separate chassis and storage box, which enhances operational flexibility, accessibility, and convenience.

EDM-2000H features a split-structure design consisting of the power box and integrated case
The power box is the main unit that controls the work head. This unit comes with a carrying handle to allow easy transport of the power box. The power box contains the controls for operating the work head, and can be placed anywhere that doesn’t interfere with the workpiece.
The integrated case can be removed by undoing the latches on the front and back. The case contains the work head, as well as the electrode chuck, a flex hose with magnetic base, an electrode set, a magnetic base for the work head (along with aluminum cross connector), a water pump with hose, a wrench, and cable connections to power the unit.
