1. Picatinny Cutter (MIL-STD-1913 & NATO STANAG 4694)
Cuts the Picatinny rail slot profile directly into aluminum upper receivers and handguards. These cutters are offered for standards MIL-STD-1913 or NATO (STANAG 4694), so the finished rails will accept standard-compliant optics and accessories.
2. Picatinny Male Cutter
Machines the raised, male-profile Picatinny rail form, such as when milling a rail onto a mount or accessory body. It complements the slot cutter for shops that make rail-mounted parts.
3. KeyMod Cutter
Cuts KeyMod attachment slots into handguards in a single operation. It suits shops making free-float rails that take lights, grips, and other accessories.
4. Picatinny Slot/Chamfer Cutter
Cuts the Picatinny slot and chamfers its edges in the same pass. That saves a tool change and leaves clean, deburred slots on rails and handguards.
5. Charging Handle Slot Cutter
Cuts the charging handle channel in upper receivers, including the stepped profile of the channel. It's meant for receiver production where this feature needs to be consistent and repeatable.
6. M-LOK Back Face Cutter
Machines the back-face (internal) relief for M-LOK slots, so the slot can seat accessory hardware properly. Pair it with the slot and chamfer cutter to finish M-LOK handguards.
7. M-LOK Slot/Chamfer Cutter.
Cuts M-LOK slots and chamfers their edges in one pass. It's the main tool for producing M-LOK handguards efficiently, with a clean finish and less deburring.
