Threading Toolholders

 

Haas threading toolholders are constructed of hardened tool steel, and feature a precision pocket and screw-on clamping system for the indexable threading inserts. Internal and external threading toolholders are available, for machining a variety of thread shapes at various pitches, while ensuring high-quality performance. The toolholders accommodate laydown thread inserts for a range of IC sizes. The screw-on clamping system includes a shim for 1.5° helix angle, and all relevant wrenches.
