Haas Tool Presetter Series:

ORDER NOW - FREE SHIPPING!

Haas Tool Presetters, designed to streamline your workflow, are the ultimate solution for maximizing efficiency and maintaining precision in your machining operations. By eliminating the need for manual tool measuring, presetters allow tool offsets to be taken prior to each job, ultimately maximizing spindle time and leading to more efficient production runs.

Equipped with pre-installed training videos and step-by-step online guides, measuring and inspecting complex tool geometries becomes a breeze. At no extra cost, each presetter offers three versatile data transfer methods such as, LAN connection, USB, and data matrix scanner to transfer tool offset values, minimizing human error when inputting data. The built-in post processors support Haas Classic and Next Generation Controls (NGC), as well as numerous other machine control options.

Three presetter options are available, each tailored to meet specific customer needs. The range of X & Z axis travels, interchangeable taper sleeves to support numerous machines, and pneumatic capabilities for enhanced precision on the intermediate and advanced models, make these the most cost-effective and versatile solutions on the market.
