Haas Vise Cluster Towers
With a revolutionary 3-in-1 TriLock® vise design, Haas vise cluster towers are ideal for use with horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers alike. On each side, these towers can quickly convert between a two-part double-station vise, a single-station vise for parts as large as 4”, or a single-station vise for parts as large as 11”, when used in conjunction with the stock hard jaws.
The friction block, or “third hand” feature allow the nut and screw assembly to move freely within the tower, allowing you to easily perform regular maintenance or change vise configurations as needed.
Kurt Workholding’s patented AngLock® design produces a half-pound of downward force for each pound of forward clamping force, minimizing jaw lift, and increasing overall workholding accuracy. The towers are made of 80,000psi UTS ductile iron for strength and rigidity, and include hardened vise beds and jaw plates, as well as robust, semi-hardened steel lead screws.
