Zero Point Systems are the fastest way to change your work holding setup. 10KN of clamping force and .005mm repeatability keeps your fixtures rigidly and precisely held down. Available in a dual or single station configuration and with either steel or aluminum pallets, this flexible system is designed to meet your manufacturing needs. Put a vise on one, a 3-jaw chuck on another, build custom fixture, or mount large parts directly to the pull studs. Swapping pallets takes only seconds and doesn’t require any indicating or setting new work offsets. These use spring pressure to hold the pull stud and air pressure to release. They are plug-n-play with the Haas Programmable Air Option.

 

Dual Station Systems are designed for larger fixtures and work holding solutions. Pallets that are large enough to support a 6 in [150 mm] vise make these perfect for VMCs.

 

Single Station Systems are smaller and more flexible. Ideal for small parts and fixtures or combine several of them to make your own custom clamping solution. Each single station system offers an additional booster air port and a precision alignment dowel to further increase the accuracy and holding power.
