Description
This HSAM2 3-flute long carbide end mill has a 0.75 in \ 3/4" cutting diameter, with a 3/4" smooth shank, 1" length of cut (LOC), 0.03" radius and a 6" overall length. The extended shank tapers down to a 0.71" neck diameter, with a 4" neck length. It is uncoated and is made to cut aluminum/non-ferrous materials. This end mill is designed to center-cut The addition of chip splitters along the length of the flutes can reduce chip length by up to 2/3, which results in better surface finishes, the prevention of chip recutting, and dramatically improved chip evacuation.HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT?
