Description
This HSAM2 3-flute long carbide end mill has a 16mm cutting diameter, with a 16mm smooth shank, 20mm length of cut (LOC), 0.8mm radius and a 125mm overall length. The extended shank tapers down to a 15mm neck diameter, with a 65mm neck length. It is uncoated and is made to cut aluminum/non-ferrous materials. This end mill is designed to center-cut The addition of chip splitters along the length of the flutes can reduce chip length by up to 2/3, which results in better surface finishes, the prevention of chip recutting, and dramatically improved chip evacuation.HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT?
