Description
This carbide bottom/inner, left-hand (RH) O-ring dovetail cutter conforms to Parker Hannifin standards and has a cross-sectional size of 0.139 in \ 3.53 mm, for cutting O-ring grooves ranging from -201 to -284 per SAE AS568A. This tool requires a feed angle of 24°, and the shank's centerline is designed to be aligned with the mean diameter of the resulting O-ring groove. Both the inner and outer radii of the groove are formed simultaneously during the cutting operation. It is uncoated and made to cut aluminum/non-ferrous materials, but is capable of cutting some grades of steel and stainless steel at reduced speeds.HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT?
