Description
This carbide bottom/inner, left-hand (RH) O-ring dovetail cutter conforms to Parker Hannifin standards and has a cross-sectional size of 0.21 in \ 5.33 mm, for cutting O-ring grooves ranging from -309 to -395 per SAE AS568A. This tool requires a feed angle of 24°, and the shank's centerline is designed to be aligned with the mean diameter of the resulting O-ring groove. Both the inner and outer radii of the groove are formed simultaneously during the cutting operation. It is AlTiN coated and made to cut steel and stainless steel, but is capable of cutting some grades of aluminum/non-ferrous materials with a higher risk of friction welding at higher speeds.HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT?
