The double-taper collet design provides high clamping force for round, smooth shank tools, and offers a wide gripping range with excellent TIR and balance. It is through-tool coolant (TSC) capable, with a M8x1.25 pull stud/retention knob thread.

This 10-piece, ER16 metric straight-bore collet set includes sizes from 1mm to 10mm, in 1mm increments, allowing you to securely clamp round shank tools from 0.5mm to 10mm. The collets have a 0.008mm TIR, and are defined by collet class 1, per DIN ISO 15488. Included sizes: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm.

This 8-piece, ER16 metric straight-bore sealed collet set includes sizes from 3mm to 10mm, in 1mm increments, allowing you to securely clamp round shank tools from 3mm to 10mm, and ensures that 100% of through-tool coolant (TSC) gets to the tip of the cutting tool. The collets have a 0.01mm TIR, and are defined by collet class 1, per DIN ISO 15488. These collets have no clamping range; the tool shank must be the exact diameter of the collet bores. Included sizes: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm.
