This 9-piece, ER20 metric tap collet set covers tap sizes from M2 to M12. The collets have a 0.015mm TIR, and are defined by collet class 2 per DIN ISO 15488. These collets have no clamping range; the collet bores are the exact tool diameter, with a square drive that locks the flat-sided tap shanks into the collet, providing maximum concentricity, with positive driving force.
