Description
This carbide O-ring dovetail cutter set with both top/outer (RH) and bottom/inner (LH) cutters, conform to Parker Hannifin standards and have a cross-sectional size of 0.275 in \ 6.99 mm, for cutting O-ring grooves ranging from -425 to -475 per SAE AS568A. These tools require a feed angle of 24°, and their shank centerlines are designed to be aligned with the mean diameter of the resulting O-ring groove. Both the inner and outer radii of the groove are formed simultaneously during the cutting operation. They are uncoated and made to cut aluminum/non-ferrous materials, but are capable of cutting some grades of steel and stainless steel at reduced speeds.HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT?
