350A Cart-Style Welder, Pulsed MIG/MMA

This 350A cart-style multi-process welder is designed for fabrication and industrial shop environments requiring flexibility across welding applications. It offers multiple MIG operating modes, including synergic and pulsed control, along with MMA (Stick) and DC Lift TIG capability, allowing operators to adapt the machine to a wide range of materials and job requirements.

 

Built for shop mobility and extended operation, the unit features a stable rolling chassis with integrated handling and protective systems to support continuous use. Its multi-process design makes it suitable for production welding, maintenance work, and general fabrication where process versatility and consistent arc performance are required.

 

Welding Modes:

• SYN MIG (Synergic MIG) – Automatically coordinates voltage based on wire feed speed (WFS), selected material/gas type, and wire diameter for consistent arc performance.
• MANUAL MIG – Allows independent adjustment of WFS and voltage for full manual control of the welding arc.
• PULSE MIG – Uses controlled current pulsing during welding to improve arc stability and reduce spatter, particularly on thin materials and aluminum.
• MMA/STICK – Shielded metal arc welding using consumable stick electrodes, suitable for structural and outdoor applications.
• LIFT TIG – DC TIG welding with arc initiation by lifting the tungsten from the workpiece (NOTE: TIG torch not included).
