The HAC15-VS Complete Airline Kit is a high-capacity compressed air distribution system designed for small to medium sized shops running CNC machines, pneumatic tooling, and multiple air driven stations. Purpose matched to the HAC15-VS compressor, this kit provides everything needed to install a clean, rigid, wall or ceiling mounted 25mm aluminum air piping network. It supports up to six dedicated air drops, putting air exactly where it's needed without hoses crossing the floor.

 

This kit features a modular pipe and fitting system, allowing the network to be routed around obstructions, extended, or reconfigured as your shop's needs change.

Rigid Aluminum Pipe Network

 

Built around 25mm rigid aluminum pipe, this system uses compression fittings for fast, tool free assembly. The pipe's corrosion resistant aluminum construction with a powder coated exterior holds up to shop environments while keeping the line's internal bore clean, protecting downstream tooling and machine air systems from scale and contamination.

With 25 sections of 2.4m (7.9ft) pipe (60m / 197 ft total), you have enough coverage to run lines around a full shop, along walls or overhead, secured with the included 30 wall mounting brackets for a neat, professional installation. Seven in-line unions, five 90° elbows, and five T-joints give you the flexibility to route the system around obstructions, branch off additional drops, or close the loop for more even pressure distribution across the network.

 

Quick Connect Drops with Isolation Valves

 

Each of the six drops terminates through a 3-split terminal block and is fitted with quick connect couplers so tools and hose ends couple up instantly. Six male and one female ball valves let you isolate individual drops or sections for maintenance without shutting down the whole system.

 

Compressor Connection and Installation Tools

 

To connect cleanly to your compressor, the kit includes a braided connection hose along with ¾” BSPT to ½” NPT adapters (male and female) to transition smoothly from the compressor outlet into the 25mm aluminum pipe and prevent vibrations from transmitting from the compressor to the rigid piping system. Two fitting wrenches, a chamfer tool, and a tube cutter are included to properly prep and assemble every joint for a leak-free, long-term installation.
