This HSK63A shell mill holder has a 27mm pilot bore and a 60mm gage length. It is constructed of hardened alloy steel, and designed to hold a variety of arbor-style shell mill and face mill cutters. The drive keys are removable for added versatility. Includes a solid arbor screw; a coolant-through arbor screw is required for through-tool coolant (TSC) cutters.

This Haas Double Square High Feed (HCSHF) medium-pitch shell mill is an economical, large-rake cutter with great vibration damping properties. The impact-resistant geometry allows for incredibly stable high-feed machining when axial plunge milling, copy milling, face milling, helical milling, and ramping. It has a 80mm cutting diameter, and a 27mm pilot bore, with a 17-degree cutting edge. The negative axial, negative radial-raked cutter body takes 7 square cutting inserts. The screw-clamp inserts have 8 cutting edges, and are available in grades for steel and stainless steel. This cutter body is through-tool coolant (TSC) capable, when used in conjunction with a coolant-through arbor screw. Inserts and coolant-through arbor screw sold separately.
